In 1929, the Gillette Safety Razor Company took on a task of offering a new line of safety razors with added features. Those features were:

• Reinforced corners
• Used the cut-out corner blades
• Used the new rust resisting blades
• New, redesigned guard teeth
• Square blade ends
• New full-length guard channel

One of ''THE NEW'' Gillette''s was the Windsor. It came out in a green terek-covered metal case and lined with a light-brown velveteen material. The razor was 24-K gold plated.

The razor handle has the familiar split in the tube barrel handle and does show some use. All in very-clean condition. Additional view A & B. Item BS0418
